Heavenly courtyard, jaw-dropping bedrooms with comfy beds & gorgeous bathrooms. Super friendly staff helped with early check-in & airport transfer. Convenient location and short Uber ride to hot spots. Can't fault anything! 100% recommend.

The staff went the extra mile during these tough times. The full-service spa was a heaven for massages, body treatments, and facials. Complimentary WiFi and a fireplace in the lobby added a cozy touch.

Oh, and I just loved how the pool was not clean at all and the jacuzzi was as cold as ice. Such a delightful surprise!

We had a lovely stay at a peaceful boutique hotel in Cape Town. The location was quiet and serene, yet still convenient for exploring all the attractions with a quick Uber ride. The staff at Banksia Boutique Hotel & Spa were extremely attentive and knowledgeable, ensuring that all of our needs were met. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully appointed, providing a comfortable and tranquil atmosphere. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast, reliable WiFi, and the relaxing pool and spa areas. we had a wonderful experience at Banksia Boutique and would highly recommend it.

We had an amazing stay at this luxury hotel. The location was perfect with many attractions just a short Uber ride away. The hotel is situated in a quiet neighborhood, surrounded by beautiful gardens. The staff provided exceptional personalized service, making us feel right at home. The room was spacious and equipped with all necessary amenities including a mini-bar, flat-screen TV, and a patio to enjoy the stunning views. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from.

Beautiful room with a great view and nice amenities. the breakfast was really good and we enjoyed it a lot. the staff was very friendly and welcoming, and they even helped us book taxis for our outings.

The terrace lacked a barrier, and the wooden stairs had a missing fence. the rooms were noisy due to the wooden floor, making it difficult to rest or sleep properly.
